What’s Under Your Feet assembly – birds
An assembly which allows pupils to learn about which species of bird in the UK are in decline and why this is happening. You then discuss how they can help by taking part in What’s Under Your Feet?, a hands-on citizen science study where they will dig up soil squares and look for one of the birds most important food sources – invertebrates.
